It’s been a weird couple of days
… At work. About two weeks ago I moved positions (my company refrains from using the word promotion), and today, my boss’ boss was officially named as head of the Dow Jones. I am totally giving up my identity here, but since I posted my full name on my wedding invitation post a few days ago, what the hay. So essentially the person who just signed off and encouraged my move is now running the Wall Street Journal. Life is crazy.
Meanwhile, I am waiting to find out who gets the Eames chairs in our conference room I posted about when I first started. You can rest assured I threw my hat in the ring first.
